Accutrol uses industry-standard tools to develop industrial-grade human machine interface (HMI) software.  Accutrol's core experience has been with Wonderware InTouch, Intellution Fix, Visual Basic and C++.  Wonderware and Intellution provide platforms for customer-configurable screens, while Visual Basic and C++ provide robust and flexible development environments with royalty-free distribution.

Accutrol's HMI software capabilities include multi-user, multi-platform remote data monitoring and alarm management.  We use dynamic data exchange (DDE) and Microsoft SQL Server for intertask communication between communication servers and monitoring applications running on several computers across the plant network.

In addition to real-time data monitoring, Accutrol develops operator interface and recipe editor software to integrate into our embedded solutions.  We develop operator interfaces for customized data views and for machine configuration and calibration.  We design and develop custom recipe editors that can be configured by the end user.
